Automatic Filling Machine For Dental Syringe

Brief introduction:

This syringe filling machine is developed by our company based on the absorption of foreign advanced technology and is the special equipment for syringes, tubes, and other similar containers. Suitable for filling all kinds of round and special-shaped pipes. With the characteristics of simple operation and stable performance, it is in the leading position in China and is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.

Functions:

1. Syringe feeding: Automatically arrange the syringe by sorter (the plunger has been assembled). The star wheel is intermittently rotated (2 pcs at a time), and the syringe is fed into the wheel by the sorter 2 pcs at a time.

2. Positioning: the empty syringes will be pressed by a mechanical device to ensure their accurate positioning before entering the filling station.

3. Filling: Adopt a ceramic piston pump driven by a servo motor for filling with high accuracy and automation.

4. Capping: 2 caps at a time are fed by an automatic sorter under the filled syringes and pushed upwards by mechanical parts to cap. 

5. Detecting and rejection: Visual camera detecting devices are equipped to detect and reject uncapped syringes automatically to ensure all finished products are eligible!    

6. Discharge: when the start wheel moves to the discharge station, the filled and capped syringes will be pulled by a mechanical arm to the slider trail to collect by an operator.
