Brief introduction:

This machine features PLC control, touch screen operation, and inverter drive, equipped with a high-precision filling metering system. Specifically developed for the production of ice box/ice gel pad products, it integrates automatic box feeding, box dispensing, filling, cap sorting, cap placing, sealing, and finished product output. Electrical components and control parts are all international renowned brands, ensuring reliable and stable performance. Working process: 

Automatic ice box/ice gel pad dispensing, automatic loading, automatic filling, automatic lid placement, automatic lid pressing, automatic sealing, check weigher with rejector(optional), output, etc.

Automatic dispensing unit:

Manually feed ice boxes/ice gel pads into the separator; the separator automatically dispense the ice boxes/ice gel pads and automatically grabs them into the mold. The automatic ice box/ice gel pad separator can hold 30 empty ice boxes/ice gel pads at a time

Automatic filling unit:

Filling capacity: 100-1000ml. Filling capacity: 20 pcs/min. Uses piston filling with servo motor drive for precise dosing. The material for each ice box/ice gel pad is filled two stages to prevent overflow caused by excessive filling speed. Hopper capacity: 150L, equipped with a liquid level control system. 

Automatic capping unit:

Automatic cap sorting via vibrator bowl, automatic cap placement, and automatic cap pressing. During the filling, cap placement, and cap pressing processes, ice box/ice gel pad positioning devices assist to ensure precise alignment of the ice box/ice gel pad openings.

Automatic discharge unit:

Automatically pushes the finished ice boxes/ice gel pads onto the belt and stack automatically for easy packing.

Optional functions:
